Work with an Expert

At Zehring Physical Therapy, your health, performance, and long-term well-being are our top priorities.

We believe every individual deserves personalized one-on-one care focused on identifying the root cause of pain and movement limitations—not simply treating symptoms.

Our mission is to help you move better, recover faster, and return to the activities you love with confidence.

We have your best interests at heart.

Healthcare today often feels impersonal and inefficient—costing people not only money, but something even more valuable: time.

At our core, we believe your health shouldn’t hold you back from living a high-performance, pain-free life.

Nicholas Zehring, PT, DPT

Nicholas Zehring PT, DPT

Dr. Nick Zehring has been a Pennsylvania Licensed Physical Therapist since 2019. Dr. Nick graduated from Gannon University and is dedicated to keeping athletes of all ages performing at a high level throughout their lifetime. Dr. Nick is very passionate about helping his clients achieve their health and wellness goals. All of his clients receive one-on-one attention throughout their appointments and are provided with an individualized physical therapy treatment program to address their dysfunction. Dr. Nick enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions but his favorite is the shoulder joint.

When Dr. Nick is not treating clients he enjoys all things outdoors, running/lifting, and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Derrick Reed PT, DPT, OCS

Derrick Reed PT, DPT, OCS

Derrick earned his DPT degree from Lebanon Valley College in 2018. He is Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certified.

He has spent his career in private practice outpatient orthopedics throughout south-central PA, treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Derrick takes an individualized, evidence-based approach to care, drawing from current best evidence, experience, client preference, and variety of techniques-including manual therapy, movement analysis, dry needling, and taping. His goal is to reduce pain, restore function, and help clients maximize their health and wellness through attentive individualized one-on-one care.

Outside the clinic, Derrick enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking local trails, golfing, exercising, and walking his family dog.

Dr. Patrick Muller PT, DPT

Dr. Patrick Muller PT, DPT

Dr. Patrick Muller, PT, DPT, has practiced physical therapy since graduating from Temple University in 2011.

His passion is helping people realize their potential, and he gravitates toward the performance and coaching side of therapy. He believes injury prevention starts with sound mechanics, and advocates for pre- and post-season athletic assessments to catch problems before they become injuries. He also creates educational content aimed at helping people take practical steps toward better health.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys working out, traveling internationally, and spending time with his wife and their wheaten terrier, Mully.

Mindy Gray, M.Ed., RYT-200, CF-L2

Mindy Gray, M.Ed., RYT-200, CF-L2

Mindy brings a unique mix of experience energy, and a genuine love of helping people to the Zehring Physical Therapy team.

Before joining Zehring PT, she spent sixteen years as an Early Intervention Evaluator, collaborating with physical, occupational and speech therapists to help children from birth to age three get the services and support they needed to thrive.

Her years in Early Intervention taught her a lot about teamwork, communication, organization and, perhaps most importantly, how to meet people where they are.  Those skills have made the transition to Zehring PT a natural fit.  She believes that good care starts with listening, a little encouragement, and the belief that laughter is sometimes the best medicine (although we still recommend PT.)

Outside the clinic, Mindy stays busy with her husband, Matt, and their sons, Rylan and Chase. She enjoys yoga and CrossFit, followed up by a lazy afternoon on the couch with the family dog, Jet.

As a former college cheerleader, you can always count on Mindy to be the first to cheer you on at Zehring PT and remind you that progress doesn't have to be perfect to count.
